A portable meeting pod designed to transcribe conversations and create
structured notes locally. The host reviews output and controls access.

Proposed pilot audience
Professional services teams handling confidential client discussions.

What we want to learn
1. Which meetings need a local recording and notes workflow?
2. Who authorizes recording, access, retention, and deletion?
3. What transcript accuracy and note quality would make the device useful?
4. How much review time and processing delay are acceptable?
5. Would a business buy or lease a dedicated device, and at what price?

Proposed evaluation
First build and demonstrate an offline proof of concept. Then work with a
consenting business partner to evaluate accuracy, note usefulness, processing
time, access controls, and willingness to pay. No trial is currently scheduled.
